Beer Profile: Unita’s Hop Nosh IPA

My husband and I love (and when I say love, I mean LOVE) IPA’s. They are bold and refreshing, complex and powerful. Tonight on the way home from work, Jack (my husband) picked up this fine specimen of a beer, Uinta’s Hop Nosh IPA.

The American IPA, brewed in Utah is available all year long. Daring and fresh, this brew has notes of grapefruit, pine and caramel. Some even say they taste hits of lime zest and grass

  • ABV: 7.3%
  • IBU: 82.4
  • Color: Golden Amber

Unita Brewery was founded in 1993. The brewery began in an old mechanic’s garage. It is now the first business in Utah to be 100% wind powered. The whole operation runs on sustainable energy, including the brewery’s boombox.
